The accident occurred on Pattaya Sai Sarm Road, injuring all involved. Three Thai women and the Kuwaiti man, 19-year-old Abdelaziz, sustained serious injuries. A fourth Thai woman, Pranee, had minor injuries. The injured were treated and sent to a nearby hospital. Pranee reported they were stopped at a traffic light when Abdelaziz crashed into them. Police are investigating, awaiting Abdelaziz’s recovery for questioning and reviewing security footage.
