Lucky numbers frenzy as lottery tickets sell out near Khamchanod
In the lead-up to the next lottery draw, crowds gathered at a sacred shrine near Khamchanod Island to obtain lucky numbers. Many hope to win big in the March 16 draw but have been met with disappointment as tickets quickly sold out.
Yesterday, March 11, at the renowned Khamchanod Island in Udon Thani, the atmosphere was bustling with tourists and locals visiting to pay respects to the revered figures of Phor Pu Srisuttho and Mae Ya Sripatumma. This site is famed for its association with Nang Naga, the serpent deity. Many visitors, especially those seeking lucky numbers, flock to the ceremonial courtyard.
Today, the courtyard was filled with offerings laid out on tables, one of which was placed near the shrine of Phor Pu and Mae Ya. A ceremonial leader, known as Phor Jum Khamchanod, conducted a ritual to invoke fortune.
Participants were keen to observe the patterns formed by candle wax drippings in water, hoping to discern meaningful numbers.
Ultimately, the number eight emerged prominently, while other figures remained unclear. However, the numbers 945 and 549, seen in the incense sticks used for fortune-telling, gained popularity as potential lucky numbers, reported KhaoSod.
Enthusiasts rushed to purchase lottery tickets featuring 95 and 59 in anticipation of the upcoming draw on March 16. Unfortunately, these numbers were in high demand and quickly sold out at the ticket stands in front of Khamchanod Island.

Organised by the Government Lottery Office, the was held at the Le Erawan Hotel in Mueang Phang Nga district, Phang Nga province. Enthusiasm surrounding the event was further heightened by recent noteworthy occurrences that have influenced popular number predictions.
Among the trending numbers are 72, 92, 90, 58, 57, 54, 17, 73, 49, 82, 95, 67, 25, 68, 03, 34, and 99.
