New Pratumnak gym Breathe focuses on strength, mobility and partner-led development

Breathe, a new gym focused on strength and mobility training, has opened in Pratumnak Soi 6, opposite the Russian market. The gym describes itself as more than a conventional fitness facility, saying it was created to make strength and mobility training easier to adopt for a wider range of people, from first-time gym users to experienced athletes.

Breathe said its programme has been designed to be approachable for beginners while still offering progression for advanced trainees. Breathe states that they provide structured sessions and the tools needed to develop technique, control and confidence over time, with training scaled to suit individual ability and goals.

The facility is built around Thai-made equipment. Breathe said it uses locally crafted cages by Bench Fitness, integrated with Swedish stall bars to support versatility across different training styles and movement patterns. The gym also features gymnastics rings, designed to add bodyweight strength and stability work to its training approach.

Breathe said each station includes a high-definition monitor displaying a live feed, allowing athletes to view their movements in ways that traditional mirrors cannot replicate. Breathe has also said that this supports more precise movement work by helping trainees observe technique from different angles and make real-time adjustments.

Alongside training, Breathe highlighted its “Breathe Partners” model. The gym said partners are not treated as standard employees, but are involved in decision-making across the business, including equipment selection, nutrition planning, marketing strategies and maintaining the space. Breathe said partners also choose their own uniforms and take part in day-to-day operations to gain practical experience across multiple aspects of running a gym.

Breathe Strength & Mobility states that partners live in the Breathe House, which they describe as providing healthy meals, education and a pathway to empowerment. For members and athletes training on-site, the gym said the facility is air-conditioned and includes a kitchen stocked with healthy snacks and drinks.

Breathe said it offers ample parking and aims to maintain a family-friendly environment, and the gym welcomes all ages and supports training for individuals, couples and families, with sessions adjusted so different generations can build strength and mobility together.
