The continued popularity of auspicious numbers is evident, with many punters also opting for numbers linked to the Loy Krathong festival. Prices for these tickets are consistent, with single tickets priced at 100 baht, and sets ranging from 110 to 130 baht.

Pannee, a lottery vendor along the Chiang Mai-Lamphun road in Saraphi district, observed that sales have picked up considerably. She noted that some customers are using their flood relief funds to purchase tickets, often choosing their house numbers as a charm to attract good fortune.

“The most sought-after numbers this round include the auspicious combinations like 05, 09, 59, 70, 89, 97, 10, 28, 72, 95, and others such as 089, 597, 470, 905, 728, 672, 972, 495, 904.”

Numbers related to Loy Krathong, such as 15, 51, and 12, are in demand, as are those associated with the upcoming New Year’s Eve and new year periods, marked by the numbers 2024, 2567, 2025, and 2568.

The influence of political figures on lottery numbers is also evident. Thaksin’s recent rally in support of the Udon Thani Provincial Administration Organisation candidate yesterday has spurred interest in numbers tied to his life and career.
