Pushing the boundaries of group fitness and reaffirming Thailand's position as Asia's health hub

Fitness First Thailand created an exhilarating phenomenon of the year, reaffirming its position as a global fitness leader after collaborating with ICONSIAM and Les Mills Asia Pacific to organise the “Ultimate Fitness Force 2025.” This grand group fitness extravaganza previously took place on June 7 to 8, at TRUE ICON HALL, ICONSIAM.
A massive number of participants flocked to showcase their fitness throughout the two eventful days, joined by world-renowned trainers who added a splash of excitement to 13 fully packed exercise classes.
The fitness stage transformed into a massive group exercise festival, packed with spectacular production, with lights, colours, sound, and a grand stage all combining to resemble a concert. The event generated immense buzz and overwhelming positive feedback from health enthusiasts who moved to the rhythm and gave their all in every class, every beat.
The success of The “Ultimate Fitness Force 2025” mirrored that of the Thai fitness industry, marking another step towards elevating Thailand to become a full-fledged health and lifestyle hub in Asia.
The event brought together 13 popular world-class exercise classes in one place, such as BodyPump, BodyStep, BodyCombat, RPM, BodyJam, Les Mills Dance, BodyBalance, Les Mills Pilates, and Fitness First’s signature class, Red Hot Ignition.
The top three most popular classes among participants this year were BodyCombat, a class blending various martial arts disciplines; BodyPump, a popular resistance training class set to music that enhances strength; and BodyJam, a dance class featuring exciting rhythms for an intense burn.
It’s safe to say that the hall at ICONSIAM was on fire! Participants in each class brought their best moves, igniting the passion within everyone.
In addition to the 13 exhilarating classes, the event was packed with many exclusive activities, including a Meet & Greet with world-class presenters and the Fitness First trainer team, where fans flocked to take selfies and chat closely.
Photo booths from leading partner brands were also set up, including Amino Vital, BB Smartcar, Shiseido, Sea Buddy, AIA Vitality, Musashi, Propoliz, adidas, and many more, who also brought surprises, including products, activities, and numerous giveaways!
The success of this collaboration among the three major partners reflects the strength of the Thai fitness industry and is also a significant step in elevating Thailand to become Asia’s hub for exercise and health.
