Because Chef Garima, who is also the first Indian woman to ever receive a Michelin Star was unable to return home during the pandemic, she felt compelled to bring the essence of home-like flavours in India to Bangkok.

All-day breakfast includes Black Rice Dosa with Homemade Butter, Idlis, Masala Omelet and Indian Scrambled Eggs with Butter Pav. Classics like Shrikhand and Puris with a naughty twist of Ma Khwaen pepper will take you back to that trip to Mumbai while reminding you of a Bangkokian night market.

The lunch and dinner menu dive into hearty flavours like Oysters with Zingy Indian Condiments, Sweet & Sour Chaats, Green Chili Clams, Lamb Keema on Butter Toast, Wagyu Beef Kebab with Coconut Rice Panki and endless Grilled Veggies from the Tandoor.

Not to miss at HERE are the naans with the many toppings. An impish ode to the classic, the naans at HERE come topped with goodies like spicy cumin potato, garlic chili tomato or even the sweet and buttery smokey tandoori chicken.

And of course, finish the evening with the many kulfis (Indian stick ice cream) flavours or simply a masala chai for dessert.
