Blue by Alain Ducasse is a Michelin-starred French fine dining restaurant led by the executive chef, Evens López. The restaurant was created by the namesake Alain Ducasse, who owns and operates several restaurants all over the world, including his restaurant at the Dorchester in London has 3 stars.
The food that you will find at the restaurant is contemporary French cuisine with a variety of modern interpretations, with Mediterranean and Southeast Asian influences. The festive collection includes an Italian dessert that originates from Milan, panettone, which means big bread in Italian.
This panettone was crafted by Blue’s Christophe Grilo, who put his and the restaurant’s twist into it by using their chocolate, premium French butter, and candied orange.
