A Thai teen expressed frustration over an anti-social neighbour who repeatedly threw objects at her house for merely looking in her direction. The incident was shared on TikTok, garnering significant attention and comments from the online community.

The original TikTok post by user @dkauv, showcased a woman hurling objects at a house across the street while shouting profanities. The post drew numerous comments from netizens, many of whom expressed shock and concern over the neighbour’s behaviour.

The teenager who posted the video, 16 year old Ying, shared her ordeal with an online news outlet yesterday, August 7, at 11.10am. She recounted an incident on August 5 when she returned home from school and noticed her neighbour, the woman from the video, standing in front of a car.

Initially, Ying thought nothing of it, but as she walked towards her house after closing the gate, the woman began glaring at her. Ying ignored the glare, but the situation escalated as the woman started hurling insults at her, claiming that Ying had looked at her and insulted her first. The woman threw a vase and another unknown object at Ying’s house.

The woman’s son intervened, ushering his mother back inside and apologising to Ying. He also cleaned up the mess caused by his mother’s actions. Despite this, there was no clear resolution or apology from the woman herself.

Ying believes the tension may stem from past issues, as their families have lived opposite each other for over 20 years. She mentioned that her father knew the woman before he married her mother and that their relationship had been amicable when she was younger.

However, things took a turn for the worse around 2017 when Ying’s father built their house, making piles of stones and sand in front of their home. The woman, seemingly irritated by this, began collecting the stones and later threw them at Ying’s house, causing damage to the fence and their car. This led to a heated argument between Ying’s father and the neighbour, after which they ceased all communication.

The teenager expressed her exhaustion with the ongoing conflict, noting that it has happened multiple times. She even considered moving but decided against it after discussing it with her father, who insisted they stay as they have been living there for a long time, reported KhaoSod.
