Mother evicted by child sparks outrage online (video)

A heart-wrenching incident was captured in a viral TikTok video when a mother was seen tearfully standing by the roadside with her belongings after being evicted from her home by her child.

The distressing scene unfolded yesterday, November 17, when a TikTok user shared a video depicting the woman with her possessions, including a refrigerator, fan, kettle, and various personal items, piled up alongside her. The user explained in a caption, calling the child ungrateful.

“Child kicked mother out of the house, luckily we found her. We couldn’t do much, but we helped #UngratefulChild.”

Standing near a bridge over a canal, the distraught mother was approached by a group of Good Samaritans who engaged her in conversation. It was revealed that she had been forced out of her home by her child and was awaiting her eldest daughter, who was coming to pick her up.

The group then stepped in to assist, using a pickup truck to transport her belongings to a roadside shelter, where she would wait for her daughter’s arrival. The move required two trips to transfer all her items.

Once the video was posted, it quickly garnered numerous comments, with a majority expressing outrage towards the child for treating their mother in such a manner.

However, there were also calls for understanding, urging others to wait for the child’s side of the story, though many agreed it was wrong to evict a parent from their home. The responders also lauded the individuals who offered their help, commending their willingness to assist someone in distress, reported KhaoSod.
