Gang leader in Samut Prakan accused of violent assaults
Ekaphop Lueangprasert, founder of the Sai Mai Tong Rod Facebook page, accompanied two people to file a complaint against the leader of the Five M 888 gang, Fluke, for violent assault and other criminal activities.
The incidents involved the assault of a 19 year old student and the coercion of a 15 year old girl, including filming such acts and falsely claiming to be a police officer.
Yesterday, April 28, at 11am, Ekaphop Lueangprasert, along with A, a 19 year old first-year student, and B, a 15 year old, met with Police Colonel Chakrit Srirojanakul at Mueang Samut Prakan Police Station. They presented video evidence to support their complaint against 23 year old Fluke, the gang leader from Samut Prakan and an associate of Ta Oreo.
The gang reportedly mimicked the tactics of the Oreo gang, falsely identifying themselves as police, assaulting people, coercing them into drug use, and forcing them to perform humiliating acts on camera. The 15 year old girl was lured to Fluke’s home in Samut Prakan and assaulted.
Ekaphop explained that this case was reported to their page after victims suffered at the hands of Fluke, who is known for previously engaging in violent gaming disputes. The gang is based in Samut Prakan, and their behaviour involves attacking youth or those they dislike.
The victims had known Fluke for about four to five months through social media groups. They were often forced to perform degrading acts, such as burning pubic hair or masturbating on camera, with some sustaining serious injuries due to the assaults.
The 15 year old girl recently reported being lured and assaulted, with Fluke claiming to be a police officer, which deterred her from reporting the incident initially.
A mentioned that he became acquainted with Fluke through a friend, as he was interested in joining the Five M game gang led by Fluke. Initially, he witnessed videos of people being assaulted, which was common within the group.
After being assaulted by Fluke himself, he sought help from the Sai Mai Tong Rod page. The assaults were often triggered by non-compliance with Fluke’s demands, such as being forced to smoke cannabis until losing control, followed by physical assault and sexual humiliation on camera for blackmail purposes.
B recounted her encounter with the gang, which began through mutual friends, culminating on December 3 last year, Fluke’s birthday. She travelled from Pattaya, Chon Buri, to Bangkok and was invited to Fluke’s birthday party in Samut Prakan, where she was assaulted.
During the incident, she was filmed, and Fluke threatened to release the footage if she reported it, while falsely claiming to be a police officer.
Police Colonel Chakrit confirmed awareness of the perpetrator’s identity and anticipated a swift investigation. He clarified that Fluke is not associated with the police and has no law enforcement background, reported KhaoSod.
The case involving the 15 year old girl is being treated as statutory rape and potentially other sexual offences. The male victim’s situation is considered coercive sexual misconduct, involving forced acts and video recordings shared online, potentially breaching computer crime laws. The investigation is being expedited as the case poses a societal threat.
