Peter Vagner, dressed in black shorts and a green t-shirt, was discovered on a sofa in room number 2933 on the 29th floor of Building A. Disturbingly, his head was encased and wrapped in a plastic bag, linked to a gas cylinder by a rubber tube, reported The Pattaya News.

The investigators noted no signs of a struggle or evidence suggesting the room had been forcibly entered. The initial assessment led them to believe that the European man had not been subjected to any physical violence.

Further investigations revealed that the Slovenian national had been residing in the condo for the previous month. His untimely death was uncovered by a condo attendant who, following unsuccessful attempts to contact Vagner by phone, opened the room for inspection.

The police are currently carrying out further investigations to establish an exact cause of death. Efforts are underway to reach out to Vagner’s next of kin to inform them of the tragic event. In the meantime, the Slovenian’s body has been sent to the hospital to undergo an autopsy.
