Le Méridien Bangkok, the art-inspired hotel in the city’s vibrant Silom district, is inviting guests and residents to enjoy “Pizza, Pasta and More…” – a mouth-watering international all-you-can-eat concept at Latest Recipe.

Available from Wednesday to Sunday, this all-you-can-eat feast features an amazing array of dishes from around the world, with a focus on premium fresh produce such as truffle, salmon, and crab, cooked to order at interactive live stations.

For 01 March – 28 April 2024, Latest Recipe presents its special bi-monthly menu featuring ‘Lobster’

For 03 July – 31 August 2024, Latest Recipe presents its special bi-monthly menu featuring ‘Wagyu Beef’

  • Wagyu Beef carpaccio with truffle oil, rocket, parmesan, and lemon dressing
  • Wagyu Beef roll stuffed with carrots, bacon, pickles cucumber, and onion served with fettuccine pasta
  • Grilled Wagyu Beef striploin with edamame, sweet potato puree, and au jus
  • Wagyu Beef Lasagna
  • Crepe apricot jam with vanilla ice cream chocolate sauce and roasted almonds

Diners can start their culinary journey with a crisp and colourful Salad Bar, plus chefs’ special salads and dedicated stations where guests build their own Crostini, including a choice of cold cuts, cheese, and accompaniments, and a DIY Tartare Station featuring salmon, sea bass, tuna, prime beef, and organic egg, plus plenty of condiments.

Food Lovers can head straight to the Chef’s Pasta Station, where they can choose from many daily rotated special recipes, such as homemade tagliolini with clams, fettuccine with black truffle sauce, and Thai-style linguine with mud crab in red curry sauce, or create their dish from a DIY station. Home-baked and build-your-own Pizzas are also available, including Margherita, diavola, Thai seafood, and more. A traditional Italian Friggitoria will see chefs fry bite-sized delights to order, such as deep-fried soft-shell crab, Sicilian arancini, crispy calamari, and mussel fritters.

From the Chef’s Pan will let diners savor freshly-cooked main courses, including gratin of Alaskan crab with potato and gruyere, slow-roasted rack of lamb with Thai basil and garlic, steamed Danish mussels with white wine butter sauce, Thai crispy pork belly, and caramelized duck breast. And of course, every meal can end on a sweet note with a selection of Mini Desserts, including chocolate lava cake, tiramisu, and crème brûlée, all prepared live in front of guests’ eyes.

Pizza, Pasta & More… inclusive of free-flow soft drinks, hot coffee, hot tea, and drinking water priced at just THB950 net per person and is available for dinner (18:00 to 22:00 hrs) from Wednesday to Saturday, and for lunch (12:00 to 15:00 hrs) on Sunday.
