The season begins with Merry Memories, a cosy and elegant Christmas Eve dinner featuring a refined three-course set menu and warm holiday ambience. Guests can choose between festive favourites such as Duck Liver Parfait with Fermented Orange Confiture, Beef Wellington with Red Wine Jus, or Duck Confit with Braised Cabbage and Glazed Apples, followed by a timeless Sacher Cake with Whipped Cream.
A complimentary welcome drink, charming décor, and the glow of the rooftop create the perfect backdrop for an evening filled with culinary delight and Christmas cheer.

Welcome the New Year from the only rooftop in Bang Tao offering a full view of the midnight fireworks, as 7th Floor Restaurant transforms into a glamorous disco celebration high above the coast.
The New Year’s Eve Buffet Dinner features an indulgent spread, from Beef Wellington with Red Wine Sauce, Whole Grouper with Champagne Sauce, and Porchetta, to a lavish Oyster & Sushi Bar and sweet finales like Mini Pavlova, Honey Cake, Cheesecake, and Brownies.
As the clock counts down, dance into 2026 with live performances by DJ Ivan and DD Project Band, festive entertainment, and a sparkling toast with Rothbury Estate Premium Selection Sparkling Cuvée beneath the fireworks-filled sky.
Ticket prices:
- Early bird (until December 10): 10,500 Thai baht per person, includes red, white, and sparkling wine free flow.
- Regular (from December 25): 11,500 Thai baht per person, includes red, white, and sparkling wine free flow.
- Last call (December 26 to 31): 15,000 Thai baht per person, includes red, white, and sparkling wine free flow.
