Pattaya man seeks help to find stolen 200,000 baht motorcycle

A Thai man in Pattaya is appealing for assistance to locate thieves who stole his motorcycle, valued at over 200,000 baht, from his residence.

The man, 33 year old Kamol Hiransiri, reported the theft of his red and white Honda CRF 300 motorcycle, which occurred late at night. He has provided CCTV footage to aid in the search for the culprits.

The incident transpired at Kamol’s home in the Nong Prue subdistrict, Bang Lamung district, Chon Buri province. Following the theft, Kamol lodged a complaint with the Nong Prue Police Station and submitted CCTV footage as supporting evidence.

Kamol detailed that he had parked his motorcycle in front of his house, beside other vehicles. During the late hours, a male suspect, appearing to scout the area for several hours, seized the opportunity of Kamol’s absence to push the motorcycle away. The suspect initially concealed the motorcycle, and then an accomplice arrived on another motorcycle. Together, they fled the scene.

Kamol expressed his hope that the police would assist in apprehending the suspects and recovering his motorcycle.

“I had parked my motorcycle in front of my house next to other vehicles. The thief seemed to have scouted the area for several hours before deciding to steal my motorcycle.”

The stolen motorcycle, a Honda CRF 300, is valued at nearly 200,000 baht. Kamol’s CCTV footage shows the suspect meticulously planning the theft, initially hiding the motorcycle before being joined by an accomplice to complete the act.

“I hope the authorities can help catch these thieves and return my motorcycle.”

The Nong Prue Police Station is reviewing the CCTV footage and investigating the case. Officers urge anyone with information regarding the theft to come forward to aid in the investigation, reported Pattaya News.

In related news, three youths, one as young as 12 years old, were caught on CCTV stealing motorbikes from a dormitory in Rangsit.
