Despite the initial panic, quick-thinking patrons and staff managed to extinguish the flames before they could spread further, preventing what could have been a devastating disaster.

The cook, who also owns the restaurant, was left visibly shaken, nearly collapsing from shock after witnessing the sudden inferno. Onlookers rushed to offer support, comforting the distraught chef in the aftermath of the blaze.

Police are now investigating whether the fire was caused by an oil flare-up or a gas leak. Fortunately, no injuries were reported, and the restaurant is expected to resume operations after necessary repairs, reported KhaoSod.

For tourists looking for a unique riverside dining experience, this fiery spectacle was an unexpected twist on their afternoon meal.
