What did golfers think?
Will Scott, the Chief News Editor of The Thaiger, attended the event with his team, aiming to secure top honours. He described the overall experience as truly marvellous.
“Hats off to the organisers, Fore Management, TravelDailyNews, the TAT and the sponsors, for creating a super fun day out for all involved. The event ran like clockwork.
“The Thaiger team did very well. Although we missed out on the prizes we finished a very credible 4th out of 18 teams. Individually, one of my team members, Mick Christofis, won his category, with 43 points, while I finished 6th, 3 under my handicap with 39 points, out of a field of 72 players.”
With the success of the Bangkok event, anticipation is building for the next rounds of the Amazing Thailand Travel and Hospitality Golf Classics 2024.
The tournament will continue with two more exciting events from September 27 to 29. Players will take to the Red Mountain Golf Club and Laguna Golf Phuket, two of Thailand’s most highly regarded golf courses. These events are expected to attract even more participants and further highlight Thailand’s most incredible golfing destinations.
The Amazing Thailand Travel and Hospitality Golf Classics 2024 is off to a stellar start, and the upcoming rounds promise to be just as exciting, said The Thaiger’s chief editor, who is anticipating the next event as Thailand continues to showcase its unique combination of world-class golf, breathtaking landscapes, and unparalleled hospitality.
