Mother seeks justice after daughter bruised by teacher in school

A mother sought media attention after her daughter, a second-grade student, was reportedly pinched on the arm by a teacher, leaving noticeable bruising. The incident took place on March 7, and the child is now afraid to attend school.
Nijwaree, the 28 year old mother of Wanmai, a second-grade student at a school in Mueang Phimai district, Nakhon Ratchasima province, has publicly called for justice. She alleges that a teacher physically punished her daughter by pinching her arm, resulting in bruises.
The incident occurred on Friday, March 7, and the child shared the details with her mother after returning home from school. Wanmai expressed fear of returning to school, worried about being punished in the same manner again.

Nijwaree stated that since Wanmai started second grade, the teacher has been using inappropriate language and frequently pinching her daughter. This behaviour has made Wanmai reluctant to attend school, prompting her to confide in her mother.
Upon witnessing the bruises, Nijwaree approached the teacher, who denied the allegations, despite her daughter’s insistence on the teacher’s actions. Nijwaree is seeking justice for her daughter as she remains unsure why the teacher punished her child, reported KhaoSod.
Efforts to contact the teacher for their perspective on the incident have been unsuccessful at this time.
