JUMBO Seafood Bangkok proudly launches its latest culinary showcase: a series of 10 exquisite dim sum creations. This launch marks the brand’s ongoing commitment to delivering authentic flavours, premium ingredients, and innovative presentations to discerning diners.
Highlights from the new series include:
JUMBO Tang Bao: An oversized xiao long bao filled with tender pork and rich, savoury broth. Served with a straw, this signature dumpling invites diners to enjoy both soup and filling in a single, satisfying sip.
Har Gao Golden Fish: A charming goldfish-shaped dumpling generously packed with fresh, bouncy prawn. Delightful in both flavour and presentation, it’s as photogenic as it is delicious.
Emperor’s Shark Fin Dumpling: A luxurious creation featuring premium ingredients, including a generous piece of shark’s fin and a full prawn filling, served in a deeply flavourful, slow-simmered broth.
Prawn & Truffle Fun Guo: A refined dumpling that delicately combines the natural sweetness of fresh prawn with the deep, earthy aroma of truffle. Finished with edible gold leaf and caviar for an indulgent touch.
