An evening in Burgundy: Blue by Alain Ducasse hosts exclusive wine pairing dinner in Bangkok
Five-course tasting menu with Château de Pommard vintages set for October 28 at ICONSIAM

One of Bangkok’s top fine dining restaurants, Blue by Alain Ducasse, is inviting guests to an exclusive evening of French gastronomy and Burgundy wine at a special pairing dinner this October.
The one-Michelin-starred restaurant will host the Château de Pommard Pairing Dinner on Tuesday, October 28, 2025, starting from 6pm. The event will take place on the 1st floor of ICONSIAM, the city’s landmark riverside destination.
The five-course dinner will be led by Executive Chef Evens López, who has designed the menu around the seasonal character of ingredients and the distinctive qualities of the wines from Château de Pommard, one of Burgundy’s most historic producers.
Dishes will include Ama Ebi with Gold Kristal Caviar, Barbary Duck, and a refreshing Fig Leaf Ice Cream, each paired with carefully selected vintage wines. The menu aims to bring out the nuances of Burgundy’s terroir while showcasing the refined technique for which the Blue is known.
Located inside ICONSIAM, Blue by Alain Ducasse is the first restaurant in Thailand from globally acclaimed chef Alain Ducasse, who holds 24 Michelin stars across his restaurants worldwide. Blue earned its first star in its opening year in 2019 and has maintained it for five consecutive years.
Beyond its cuisine, the restaurant is also known for its panoramic views of the Chao Phraya River and award-winning interiors, including honours from Le France Design 100 and Interior Design magazine’s Best of the Year Award in the fine dining category.
