Thai actress sexually assaulted by rescuer while ill

A male rescuer sexually assaulted a Thai actress and model, Christine Gulasatree Michalsky at her condominium while she was ill and unable to protect herself.

The 30 year old celebrity shared her account on Instagram, @gulasatree, yesterday, March 31, before speaking to KhaoSod. In her post, she wrote…

“Today, I had an urgent medical need and was rushed to hospital. I was sexually assaulted while I was extremely weak and unable to move or protect myself. This should not happen to anyone. I am gathering evidence in order to take legal action against the suspect. I would be very grateful if anyone could help or offer suggestions. Thank you for reading this. I am keen to use my social media for the greater good.”

In her interview, Christine said she experienced breathing difficulties at around 2am on March 31 after taking an antihistamine. She said she was on the phone with a friend at the time and asked the friend to request emergency assistance to take her to hospital.

Christine said a male rescuer arrived at her condominium room along with the building’s security guard, identified as Kovit. She said she felt dizzy and disoriented but remained fully conscious, though she felt like she wanted to sleep constantly.

According to Christine, the rescuer woke her and asked whether she was okay, and she nodded. She said the security guard urged the rescuer to take her downstairs to wait for the emergency van, but the rescuer refused.

Police later arrived at the condominium, but they could not access her room due to the building’s security measures. The security guard had to go downstairs to escort the officers, leaving her alone with the rescuer.

Christine said the rescuer then lifted her shirt and removed her trousers before sexually assaulting her by groping her private parts. She said she also saw him take a photo of her while she was lying naked.

She was aware of what was happening but could not resist because of her condition, and she was afraid the man would hurt her if she fought back.

Christine said the rescuer then closed the door, but the security guard returned with police officers, preventing further actions. She alleged the suspect quickly dressed her and acted as if he was providing assistance, telling police she was unconscious.

Christine also addressed public messaging around women’s clothing and safety, saying the incident was not related to what she was wearing. She said she had been wearing long trousers and a T-shirt on the day of the incident.

She said she reported the case to police and insisted she would not accept compensation or agree to a compromise. She said she intended to pursue the case fully, adding that she believed the man may have done the same thing to others before.
