Pattaya City offers free health services to residents and pets
Pattaya City hosted the fifth mobile health service event to provide free medical care directly to the community. The event took place yesterday, August 29, at the Sawang Boriboon Thammasathan Foundation, with Deputy Mayor of Pattaya Wuttisak Rermkijjakarn inaugurating the occasion.
Organised by the Pattaya City Public Health Department, the event aimed to offer residents health screenings and raise awareness about potential health risks.
“The event is designed to help residents identify health issues early and reduce the financial burden of medical expenses.”
In addition to human healthcare, the event also extended services to pets, aiming to control the spread of infectious diseases. Veterinary services offered included sterilisation and rabies vaccinations, ensuring that pets are healthy and do not pose any health risks to their owners.
Mobile health service events have become a crucial part of the community, providing essential healthcare services to those who may not have easy access to regular medical check-ups. The initiative reflects Pattaya City’s commitment to improving public health and overall well-being, reported Pattaya News.
