The charges included fraud and deception related to borrowing money, with damages estimated at nearly 15 billion baht.
An order, No. 581/2567, issued on November 27 last year, assigned Police Lieutenant General Samran Nualma, Assistant Commissioner General of the Royal Thai Police, to lead an investigation team.

The DSI completed its investigation and recommended prosecuting all 16 suspects for public fraud and deception.
For the three fugitives, Police Lieutenant General Samran Nualma assigned a task force, including Police Major General Nopasin Poolsawat, Pol. Maj. Gen.
