Police Lieutenant Sri Phrai Satchanaraphan of Phrae City Police Station received a report of a pickup truck colliding with a utility pole on a road adjacent to the Don Kaew canal in Kanchana sub-district, Mueang district, Phrae province.
Upon receiving the report, local patrol officers, along with rescue teams from the Phrae Volunteer Rescue Association, Kanwekthot Chorhae Rescue Unit, and Phrae Hospital’s emergency response team, were dispatched to the scene. After finishing work, he was driving his colleagues home when he suddenly lost consciousness. When he regained awareness, the vehicle had already collided with the utility pole.
