Gunfire erupted at a campaign rally in Butler, Pennsylvania, leading to the immediate evacuation of Donald Trump, the former president and Republican candidate. Shots fired resulted in Trump sustaining an injury near his right ear, causing significant bleeding.

Today, July 14, according to Thai time, Reuters reported that Donald Trump, the former President and current Republican presidential candidate, was swiftly escorted off the stage by Secret Service agents during a campaign event in Butler, Pennsylvania. The urgency followed the sound of multiple gunshots.

Images surfaced showing Trump with a grim expression and blood on his face as he descended the stage and was rushed to the hospital. Despite the chaos, Trump managed to raise his fist towards the crowd and shield his ear, indicating the severity of the incident.

The former president appeared to have blood coming from his right ear and hurriedly left the campaign venue to get into a vehicle. Shortly after, police officers ascended to the podium area.

A statement from the Secret Service confirmed Trump’s safety, attributing it to their protective measures. The agency mentioned that investigations are ongoing and promised to provide further updates in due course, reported KhaoSod.

Reports also indicated that the assailant was killed, and another attendee lost their life during the incident. President Joe Biden announced that he plans to speak with Trump as soon as possible, noting that Trump is currently receiving medical care.
