Weekends made for long dinners

Before Christmastime even begins, the hotel’s signature interactive restaurant, Latest Recipe, is already in the spirit. Every Friday and Saturday, it hosts the Festive Weekend Buffet Dinner from 6pm to 10pm at 1,111 baht per person.
The buffet offers the perfect warm-up to Christmas week. You can start with Wagyu beef cooked in different styles, move on to foie gras, sushi, sashimi, and Thai river prawns, then circle back for whatever dish catches your eye. You’ll find seasonal dishes sprinkled throughout the buffet, too, so you can enjoy a festive atmosphere without going over the top.
Christmas Eve at Latest Recipe

The celebrations at Le Méridien Suvarnabhumi become a lot more indulgent once Christmas week arrives. The Noël Enchanté Christmas Eve Dinner Buffet on December 24 runs from 6pm to 10pm at 1,690++ baht per person, and it brings together many of the dishes you probably look forward to at this time of year.
The spread reads like a greatest hits list, with roast turkey carved perfectly, beef Wellington wrapped just right, honey-glazed ham, premium Wagyu cuts, and a rack of lamb that is tender and fragrant. The seafood station makes everything extra special with Fine de Claire No. 4 oysters, local blue crabs, gravlax, and maple-glazed salmon. If you’re a regular here, you’ll be happy to hear that the signature Crab Khao Soi is part of the lineup, too.
Save some space for desserts because you’ll find all the comfort of Christmas in one long table. There’s log cake, Stollen, pecan tart with rum whipped cream, and gingerbread with eggnog. Children will also have something to look forward to, as Santa will be roaming around with gifts and quick photo moments.
Italian Christmas dinners at Favola

If your idea of Christmas involves a full table and plates you want to photograph before you dig in, make your way to Favola. Styled like a cosy Tuscan dining room with warm lighting, rustic touches, and views of the lake and night golf course, Le Méridien Suvarnabhumi’s Italian restaurant offers a more intimate and romantic atmosphere for your dinner.
On December 24 and 25, from 6pm to 10.30pm, the restaurant serves Dolce Natale, a four-course menu by Chef Stefano. At 1,690++ baht per person, it’s elegant and wonderfully delicious from start to finish.
The dinner opens with grilled octopus tentacles cooked until tender, followed by handmade strozzapreti in a silky langoustine cream. For the main course, you can choose between pan-seared cod with creamy pizzaiola or a Wagyu dry-aged rump in a rich red wine sauce. Whether you choose the comfort of a perfectly cooked fish or the deep flavour of a slow-cooked beef cut, both dishes feel festive in their own way.
Dessert is a special occasion in itself. It comes as an éclair filled with Chantilly cream, served with marron glacé and berry compote. It’s sweet, light, and rounds off the evening beautifully.
If you’re celebrating with a group of 10 to 16, consider Favola’s private dining room. It provides a cosy, exclusive setting where you can enjoy the entire menu at your own pace.
