Thai teens attacked by armed youths in Pattaya park, two injured

A violent confrontation erupted in a Pattaya park, where a group of Thai teenagers were assaulted by armed youths, resulting in two injuries. Shortly after midnight, the Sawang Boriboon Rescue Centre received a distress call about the incident at Ban Thung Klom Tan Man Park.

The rescue team, along with Nong Prue police and reporters, quickly arrived at the scene. They discovered a visibly distressed group of teenagers, aged between 15 and 18, with two individuals suffering from facial swelling and body bruises.

First aid was administered, and the injured were transported to a local hospital for further treatment. The attackers had already fled by the time police arrived, leaving park bystanders in a state of shock.

Eyewitnesses recounted that the victims were peacefully sitting and chatting when a group of eight to 10 youths on motorcycles, armed with knives, suddenly stormed the area.

The assailants accused the victims of throwing a bomb at their house and launching a violent attack. Locals, terrified by the sudden chaos, quickly sought safety and alerted the police.

One of the victims reported to the police that they were clueless about the reason behind the assault, as they had no known conflicts with the attackers. The victims intend to file a formal complaint against the perpetrators.

Nong Prue police are actively collecting evidence from eyewitness accounts and CCTV footage to identify and apprehend the culprits, aiming to bring them to justice, reported Pattaya News.

In related news, a group of teenagers in Nonthaburi brutally assaulted a young woman on the street, detained her, and forced her to bow at their feet, claiming they were untouchable.

The distressing incident came to light through a post on the Facebook page อีซ้อขยี้ข่าว3 which highlighted the alarming behaviour of a group of 10 male and female teenagers. They lured the victim to a house under false pretences, intending to assault her. When the victim resisted, they dragged her into the street and beat her.
