A Thai man is seeking justice after his wife had affairs with five men and falsely accused him of sexually abusing their daughter to divorce him.

The 27 year old Thai man, identified as A, accompanied by his mother-in-law and father-in-law, sought help from non-profit organisation Saimai Survive to resolve his ongoing family issues. He wanted to sue his wife for adultery and sought sole custody of their three year old daughter.

During a press conference with Saimai Survive yesterday, September 2, A explained that he and his wife worked as assistant nurses. They have been in a relationship since 2017, signed a marriage certificate in 2019, and later hosted a wedding in 2020.

A noticed changes in his wife after they signed the marriage certificate and later discovered she was having an affair with a man he knew. A said his wife agreed to end the first affair after being caught.

According to A, his wife became pregnant after their wedding. He decided to resign from his job to take care of their daughter, while his wife returned to work after parental leave. However, the woman changed and distanced herself from A again, and A found out she was having an affair with her ex-boyfriend. Once again, she agreed to end the relationship.

In 2021, the woman engaged in a secret affair with a doctor who worked at the same hospital. A learned about the affair when the doctor’s wife sent him pictures of his wife engaging in sexual activities with the man. The hospital director later fired the doctor, which ended their relationship.

A stated that his wife then sued him for divorce in 2022, accusing him of sexually abusing their daughter. A insisted that he had never behaved in such a way, as he loved and cared for the child since she was born.

A later learned from his in-laws that his wife was in a relationship with another man who was a lawyer. This lawyer helped his wife make the false accusation against A.

A revealed that the couple stopped him from seeing his daughter and threatened to harm him. The lawyer allegedly claimed that he knew many influential people who could destroy A’s life.

A went on to reveal that the woman recently told her parents that the lawyer physically abused her after he caught her having an affair with the same doctor. She is pregnant with the lawyer’s child but wants to break up with him.

A said that his in-laws accompanied him to meet Saimai Survive because they were worried about their daughter and felt sorry for him and his daughter. A added that he and his wife had not yet divorced.

The founder of Saimai Survive, Ekkaphop Lueangprasert, told the media that the lawyer is also a member of a sub-committee of a political party, so he would bring the issue to the party leader. He also planned to seek a lawyer for A to sue his wife for adultery.
