As emergency responders rushed Suk to the hospital for urgent treatment, attention turned to the other vehicle involved: a white Toyota Cross sedan, driven by 39 year old Kuwaiti tourist, Mohammad Fmaalsaad. The sedan displayed visible damage to its left front side, bearing witness to the violent collision that had transpired.

Eyewitness accounts shed light on the harrowing sequence of events leading up to the crash. According to 43 year old Keng Muangpan who was at the scene, the sidecar motorcycle, initially traversing the left lane, attempted a perilous U-turn into the right lane. However, a fatal misjudgment saw the motorcycle inadvertently cut across the path of the oncoming Toyota Cross, setting the stage for the devastating impact that followed, reported Pattaya News.

Amidst the chaos, Fmaalsaad cooperated with authorities but remained tight-lipped in the aftermath, declining to provide a statement to the press.
