Suddenly, a car from the opposite direction lost control and spun from the middle of the bridge, colliding with the car ahead and then crashing into his vehicle.
Following the accident, Tiwakorn, 27 year old Narathip’s boyfriend, arrived at the scene. He shared that Narathip worked for a private company in Mueang district and had visited a friend’s apartment in Khlong Hok today.
Fatal collision
Narathip had called him shortly before the accident to say she was on her way home. When she did not arrive home after some time, Tiwakorn tried to call her. The first call went unanswered, and during the second call, a rescue worker answered and informed him about the accident, prompting him to rush to the scene.
Preliminary investigations involved the police documenting the scene and reviewing CCTV footage. They also interviewed another slightly injured person to determine the cause of the accident, reported KhaoSod.
