Panty creep: Residents fume as pervert steals women’s underwear
Residents have expressed frustration over a perverted man with a mental disorder and voyeuristic tendencies, who has been stealing underwear and spying on women in their homes.
The incident culminated when he fell through a ceiling while watching a woman shower. Police apprehended him but his mother secured his release.
Yesterday, January 14, CCTV footage from a house in the Mueang Nae subdistrict, Chawang district, Nakhon Si Thammarat province, captured the unsettling activities of the man. His actions have been causing distress among women in the village, both young and old, as he persistently stole underwear from several homes.
In addition to theft, the footage also showed the man climbing onto a ceiling to peep at a woman showering. However, he misstepped and fell through, prompting the household members to chase him away with sticks.
Following these events, several victims reported the ordeal to the Chawang Police Station. The police managed to arrest the man but his mother posted bail, claiming her son was innocent.
She reportedly taunted the police, asserting that they could not take action against her son, reported KhaoSod.
In response to the incident, residents feel compelled to share the evidence publicly as a social warning. To prevent future incidents, the affected home has removed nearby trees to hinder any attempts to climb onto the roof.

One of the victims, 35 year old Sukanda Kaewkanya, filed a complaint at Sam Khok Police Station after her bras, worth about 2,300 baht, were stolen from her home in the Kritsana 2 village in the Sam Khok district of Pathum Thani province on October 27 last year.
