Date & Time: Until Sunday, February 23, from 11am to 7pm

Location: MMAD MunMun Art Destination, Bangkok

Mental health stigma is everywhere, but we don’t always notice it. Seen the Unseen is here to change that. Spread across three rooms, the exhibition takes you through a journey of real experiences.

First up is Fallen Words, an interactive piece that quite literally reflects how words shape us. You’ll fill in the blanks with words that have branded you, and they’ll appear as part of your own shadow.

Next, 60 Memorable Experiences showcases raw, emotional works from 60 people who’ve put their stories on canvas. Their art lays bare the feelings and invisible wounds we don’t usually talk about.

Finally, there’s Seeing 3 Bodies, Touching 3 Hearts, a documentary that follows three real people whose lives have been shaped by stigma. Through expressive art and storytelling, their experiences come to life in a way that’s hard to ignore.
