JW Marriott Khao Lak Resort & Spa, the leading destination dining resort in Phang Nga, is proud to unveil The Italian Table on August 29 and 30, 2025, a two-night collaboration bringing together three of Thailand’s most visionary Italian chefs for one unforgettable dining experience.

Hosted at Olive, the resort’s signature Italian kitchen, this special event is set to showcase the diverse talents of three of the leading Italian chefs in Thailand today, with menus inspired by creativity, craft, and the soulful flavours of Italian home cooking, in an idyllic setting overlooking the pristine shores of Khao Lak.

A culinary journey from Bangkok to Khao Lak

For two evenings only, guests are invited to experience a cross-regional celebration of Italy’s culinary spirit at The Italian Table. This exclusive six-hands collaboration features:

  • Chef Marco Avesani: Head Chef at La Bottega Bangkok, Bangkok’s acclaimed Thonglor restaurant known for its elegant, ingredient-led cuisine. With Michelin-star experience across Asia and Europe, Chef Marco brings a balance of tradition and precision to each plate.
  • Chef Michele Fernando: Head Chef of Massilia, Bangkok’s most awarded pizzeria and a trailblazer of the city’s neo-trattoria movement. Chef Michele reimagines the art of pizza with inventive flavour combinations and a commitment to premium ingredients.
  • Chef Vincenzo Sorrentino (Chef Enzo): Head Chef of Olive, JW Marriott Khao Lak’s Italian kitchen. Born and raised near Naples, Chef Enzo draws on his southern Italian heritage to create soulful, produce-driven cuisine, with many ingredients sourced directly from the resort’s award-winning JW Garden.
