A night of music and revelry took a shocking turn as a young man reportedly leapt from a moving car in East Pattaya after attending a hip-hop music festival.

Pattaya’s rescue services received the emergency call just after 3am yesterday, November 25, responding quickly to Soi Sukhumvit Pattaya 87, where the dramatic incident unfolded.

Rescuers arrived to find a white Honda Jazz with its hazard lights blinking on the roadside. Lying injured on the ground was a 20 year old man, identified by the nickname Biu.

Biu sustained a head injury, abrasions to his body, and appeared visibly shaken, even displaying signs of incontinence. Rescue workers administered first aid before transporting him to a nearby hospital for further treatment.

The driver of the car, the mother of Biu’s girlfriend, stated that the pair had just left the Rolling Loud hip-hop festival earlier that evening. She had been giving them a lift home when, without warning, Biu opened the car door and jumped out while the vehicle was in motion.

“I had no idea anything was wrong between my daughter and Biu.”

Pattaya police are now investigating the incident to uncover what might have driven Biu to act so drastically. Whether it was a result of an altercation, a reaction from the evening’s events, or something else entirely remains unknown, but local officials are determined to get to the bottom of this mysterious night-time leap, reported Pattaya Mail.
