An Indian businessman in Chon Buri allegedly raped a 14 year old Thai girl in December of last year and forced her to have an abortion.

The teenager’s 34 year old Thai mother decided to take legal action against the Indian businessman, filing a complaint at Nongprue Police Station yesterday, August 27. The incident occurred in December, but the mother did not dare to proceed with the case, thinking officers would not believe her because she was poor while the alleged rapist was very rich.

The 14 year old victim revealed to Channel 3 that the sexual assault happened at the Indian man’s pool villa where she attended her aunt’s birthday. Her aunt was previously hired to clean the villa.

According to the victim, the Indian rapist approached her as she exited a bathroom. She attempted to escape but could not fight off the pedophile fiend. She shared the matter with her mother and aunt but no one believed her until she got pregnant.

The mother stated that she was sad that she initially did not believe her daughter about the rape. She contacted the Indian man immediately after learning about the pregnancy. The foreigner was reportedly shocked but said he would sort it out.

“This is not a problem. I will bring the girl to Bangkok for an abortion.”

The mother said she refused the abortion but the Indian man tricked the girl into going to a clinic in Bangkok, paying 8,000 baht to the doctor to have the baby aborted, against the wishes of the girl’s mother.

According to the mother, the doctor’s response to go through with the abortion also shocked her.

“Why keep the baby? This child will eventually end up as the dregs of society.”

After performing the abortion, the doctor told the girl to be more cautious and avoid having another child, whom he suggested would be a burden.

The aunt revealed that she initially reprimanded her niece for accusing the Indian man of rape, as she believed he was a reputable real estate businessman. However, the Indian man later used crude language, which made her reconsider and believe the girl’s account. By then, it was too late.

The three now hope the police will swiftly bring the Indian businessman to justice.
