The motive for Anan’s tragic decision remains under investigation, though it is suspected to be linked to mental health issues.

This incident is not isolated. In August, a 31 year old Thai woman jumped from the 12th floor of another condominium in the Mueang Thong Thani area. She lived with her mother and reportedly been suffering from depression. Days before the incident, she argued with her boyfriend.

In May, another tragic incident occurred in the same area when a Thai commando police officer took his own life by jumping from the 7th floor of his condominium. The officer’s girlfriend, who shared the apartment, stated that they did not argue before the incident. The motive for his suicide remains unknown.
