Bangkok taxi driver praised for safely transporting unconscious woman to police (video)
A woman who lost consciousness was safely transported to Thong Lo Police Station, Bangkok, by a conscientious taxi driver, drawing admiration from netizens.
Yesterday, April 21, a TikTok user, @kanthachok_759, who is a patrol officer at Thong Lo police Station, shared a video showing the unconscious woman lying in the backseat of a taxi.
“The driver, acting responsibly, brought her to the station.”
Upon the taxi’s arrival at the station, the driver informed the police about the woman lying unconscious in the backseat. Officers opened the car door and repeatedly tried to rouse her, though she remained largely unresponsive but somewhat aware.
After repeated attempts, including calling and gently shaking her, the woman eventually regained consciousness and agreed to exit the vehicle. A female police officer then escorted her to rest in the station’s accommodation area, reported KhaoSod.
The video post attracted numerous comments, with many praising the taxi driver for his integrity and ensuring the woman’s safety by bringing her to the station. Such acts of kindness were noted as being rare and commendable.
