Men arrested in Bang Khen over gaming dispute assault
Online feud turns violent as tempers flare beyond the screen in late-night confrontation

Police in Bang Khen arrested two 21 year old men for allegedly assaulting a younger man following a gaming-related dispute.
The arrest of the suspects, Kittinai also known as Frame, and Supawit, also known as Arm, ordered by Police Colonel Anant Warasart, took place after a viral social media post described the incident, which occurred at 3am on April 29 at a convenience store on Chaeng Watthana Soi 4.
The post shared a video clip and a message seeking justice, denouncing the violence. It detailed how the conflict began with an argument during a game. The aggressors found the victim’s location through a social media story and waited for him.
A confrontation ensued when the victim went to buy items at the store. Witnesses reported that the assailants brandished a gun, prompting others to flee into the store, leaving the victim alone and severely injured.
The victim, 20 year old Rattapoom, later reported the assault to the police at 5.20am, recounting how he was attacked by the two men. Surveillance footage confirmed the involvement of Kittinai and Supawit.
Upon meeting with the investigative officers, the suspects confessed to the assault. They led the police to retrieve a plastic imitation gun and the clothing worn during the incident. The motive was confirmed to be a gaming-related argument, reported KhaoSod.
Following their confessions, the suspects have been handed over to the police investigators at Bang Khen Police Station for further legal proceedings.
In similar news, Ekaphop Lueangprasert, founder of the Sai Mai Tong Rod Facebook page, accompanied two people in filing a formal complaint against Fluke, the leader of the Five M 888 gang, over allegations of violent assault and multiple criminal offenses.
The case involves the physical assault of a 19 year old university student and the coercion of a 15 year old girl, with reports that the incidents were recorded and that Fluke falsely claimed to be a police officer during the acts.
