Central Pattana unveils Thailand’s first 14-metre-tall Ariel Castle at Central Phuket
This marks the launch of 'The Magical Stars' festival to elevate year-end tourism, with traffic expected to increase by over 30%.

Central Pattana Public Company Limited, the developer of Central shopping centres nationwide, has launched its global campaign, The Magical Stars. The campaign supports Thailand’s tourism and economy during the peak season, advancing the Festival Economy strategy and building a nationwide Happiness Ecosystem for all generations from November 14, 2025, to January 11, 2026.
This year, Central Phuket introduces a new landmark, an immersive Ariel Castle from The Little Mermaid, standing over 14 metres tall, the first of its kind in Thailand. The destination also features Disney Princess sculptures as photo landmarks, attracting both Thai and international visitors to enjoy magical holiday experiences during the high season.
Dr Nattakit Tangpoonsinthana, Chief Marketing Officer of Central Pattana, stated…
“Central Pattana is committed to delivering joyful experiences through Sensory Living, engaging all senses and making everyone feel as if they have stepped into a true magic world. These events significantly lift economic activity, especially in the last quarter of the year, when nationwide shopping centre traffic is expected to rise by 25–30%. In key tourism provinces such as Phuket.”
“We aim to create experiences that truly transport visitors into the world of Disney. Through our collaboration with Disney, a global source of inspiration, we have created fairy tale kingdoms across the country, enabling everyone to enjoy a Disney-themed Christmas without needing to travel abroad.”
“As Disney is a dream destination for many, each Central branch has been designed with its own unique theme to inspire new travel routes and encourage cross-regional tourism.”
Visitors can now experience the Ariel Castle and all festive activities under The Magical Stars at Central Phuket, both at the Floresta and Festival wings.
