When: Available every day, 12.00 to 22.00

Where: Giorgio’s Trattoria, Royal Orchid Sheraton Hotel & Towers Bangkok

Giorgio’s newest menu is a feast for all the senses. Pleasing to the eye and the palate, each dish is carefully made to enhance Thailand’s ocean and local farmers’ products while still capturing the essence of authentic Italian cuisine.

Come early in the evening, grab a seat in the outdoor area, and start your dinner with some cocktails while watching breathtaking sunset views over the Chao Phraya River. Then, dive into the delicious dishes. Our top recommendation is the Tabisca with Mushroom and black truffle. It’s an exquisite take on pizza with exceptional cheese. We also really love their signature Chilled Roasted Pine Nut Soup with Lemon Crab, Straciatella, and Semolina Chip, which boasts a unique flavour that you won’t find anywhere else.

Make sure to save space for dessert, because Giorgio’s Spiced-Red Wine Poached Fragrant Pear with Cinnamon Cream is legendary. For a decadent and comforting dessert, don’t miss out on their Siamaya Chocolate Hazelnut Cremeux with Rosemary Grissini, too.
