The Peninsula Bangkok revives its wellness festival this September

As part of The Peninsula Hotels’ Life Lived Best programme, the Peninsula Bangkok is committed to offering a comprehensive wellness experience for its guests. Building on the success of the 2020 Wellness Festival, the hotel is excited to announce the return of the festival for 2024. With the theme Art of Urban Wellness, the event will take place from September 20 to 22.

The festival will feature a diverse range of holistic wellness activities, classes, and workshops led by acclaimed practitioners, all aimed at enhancing guests’ physical, mental, and nutritional well-being.

The “Art of Urban Wellness” theme at The Peninsula Bangkok’s Wellness Festival focuses on fostering well-being through meaningful social connections across various activities. Festival activities, including workshops, interactive sessions, and fitness classes, aim to empower attendees with a holistic approach to overall well-being. The festival encourages individuals to explore and embrace these aspects for a more socially fulfilling and balanced life.

The three-day celebration of health and well-being through social wellness features an array of resources to help guests pursue their fitness, mindfulness, and nutritional goals. The 2024 Wellness Festival also aligns with The Peninsula Hotels’ Life Lived Best program.

Guests at the festival can enjoy exercise classes with renowned fitness coaches, practice guided meditation led by a leading mindfulness practitioner or participate in healthy cooking classes.

  • Breathwork Balance & Booty Bootcamp / Functional Fun Fitness by Hayden Rhodes
  • Aqua Zumba / Zumba by Marisa Abdulloh (Kru Ploy)
  • Tennis by Pro Danai Udomchock

Additionally, this wellness festival at The Peninsula Bangkok, an urban luxury resort by the river, also includes invigorating fitness and mindfulness classes, such as Singing Bowl Meditation, Mindfulness Breathing, Functional Training, Handpan x Qigong, Muay Thai, Tennis, and Aqua Fit.

Entry to the Wellness Festival between September 20 to 22 is priced as follows:

  • One-session pass: 790 baht net per person
  • One-day pass: 1,990 baht net per person (Guarantees access to three classes, any additional classes are complimentary based on availability)
  • Three-Day Pass: 3,200 baht net per person (Guarantees access to three classes per day, any additional classes are complimentary based on availability)
