In a move set to redefine luxury living in Thailand, Standard International joined forces with leading real estate giants Sansiri and CG Capital to unveil The Standard Residences in prime beachfront locations, Hua Hin and Phuket Bang Tao.

Last week, Standard International’s Executive Chairman Amar Lalvani made the groundbreaking announcement in Bangkok, marking the brand’s foray into the residential market in Thailand. The move follows a surge in demand for branded residences, with Asia-Pacific witnessing a staggering 200% growth.

The two opulent properties, valued at a whopping 8.5 billion baht, promise a lifestyle synonymous with The Standard’s unrivalled quality. Spearheaded by Sansiri, The Standard Residences in Hua Hin will offer 245 units, ranging from chic one-bedroom apartments to lavish pool villas, complete with state-of-the-art amenities including a pickleball court, gym, and pet-friendly facilities, catering to the discerning tastes of affluent homeowners.

Meanwhile, CG Capital’s visionary blueprint for The Standard Residences, Phuket Bang Tao, is set to captivate with its ultra-low-density design and deluxe offerings. With 188 meticulously crafted units, residents can indulge in a plethora of amenities, from a co-working space to a 25-metre swimming pool, all within easy reach of Phuket’s renowned attractions.

Sansiri’s COO, Uthai Uthaisanruk, highlights the appeal of The Standard Residences in Hua Hin to affluent Thais and Europeans, while Phoom Chirathivat, Managing Partner of CG Capital, anticipates strong interest from Thailand’s elite and Phuket’s vibrant Russian community, reported Prestige.

Adding to the allure, homeowners will enjoy exclusive Friends with Benefits privileges, including dining discounts and accommodation deals at The Standard and The Peri Hotel in Thailand, as well as global discounts at The Standard properties worldwide.

With pre-sales kicking off in March for Hua Hin and April for Phuket, prices starting from 9 million baht in Hua Hin and 11 million baht in Phuket, eager buyers can secure their slice of paradise. Construction is slated for completion by 2026.
