Alternatively, Set B starts with yum woonsen goong (spicy glass noodle salad with shrimp), followed by a choice of tempting main dishes – Pad Priew Wann (wok-fried sweet & sour pork or chicken on rice) or gai kua prik klue (golden-fried chicken with chili & salt on rice) – and a dessert of lord chong (sweet pandan noodles with coconut milk).
Diners seeking the familiar flavours of Western cuisine can choose from two Western express set lunch menus.
Set A features a healthy salmon salad, a choice of spaghetti with bolognese, carbonara, tomato & basil or aglio e olio sauces, or grilled sea bass with spinach and butter & lemon sauce, and a dessert of freshly-cut tropical fruit.
Set B meanwhile, offers a traditional Caesar salad, plus the option of two main courses – grilled salmon with mashed potatoes, spinach & dill cream sauce, or grilled BBQ chicken with potato wedges & grilled tomato – and ice cream for dessert.
Finally, fans of Japanese cuisine will be thrilled by the Japanese express set lunch menus. Set A combines a starter of tofu salad and a choice of grilled salmon teriyaki on rice or sake chahan (Japanese-style salmon fried rice topped with a fried egg) and a dessert of fresh tropical fruit.
Meanwhile set B features teriyaki chicken salad, either oyakodon (chicken & egg with shoyu & dashi broth on rice) or tonkatsu (golden fried breaded pork with katsu curry sauce on rice), and an authentic dessert of dungo (rice flour dumpling with sweet shoyu sauce).
Every guest will also be treated to one complimentary soft drink or a cup of tea or coffee.
