Young man’s body found in car sparks police probe in Phetchaburi
A tragic discovery was made this morning in Phetchaburi, where the body of a young man was found lifeless inside a car. Police are actively investigating the incident and have summoned people connected to the case for questioning.
Officers from the Nong Ya Plong Police Station in Phetchaburi province received a report of a death inside a vehicle located in Village 1, Ban Ang Sila, Nong Ya Plong subdistrict, Nong Ya Plong district today, December 11, at 6.38am.
Responding to the call, the police coordinated with an on-duty physician from Nong Ya Plong Hospital and rescue workers from the Sawang Sarn Phetchaburi Foundation to support the investigation at the scene.
Upon arrival, police discovered a silver Toyota Altis parked in a garage. Inside, the body of 31 year old Phutthiphong was found in the driver’s seat. The initial examination of the scene revealed no signs of a struggle.
The police have cordoned off the area to allow forensic teams from Phetchaburi to conduct a thorough examination of the crime scene. This investigation aims to uncover any evidence that could lead to a clearer understanding of the circumstances surrounding the death, reported KhaoSod.
“We are committed to determining the true cause of death and will be questioning those who may have pertinent information.”
Residents are urged to come forward with any information that might assist the investigation. The police have emphasised the importance of community cooperation in helping to resolve the case swiftly.

In related news, a Thai nurse contacted the police after discovering the dead body of a stranger in the back seat of her car, which was parked outside a hospital in the Isaan province of Sisaket. The nurse, from Sisaket Hospital, reported the shocking discovery to Mueang Sisaket Police Station officers at around 6pm on October 21.
