Thai man forces daughter to drink alcohol and watch porn before raping her (video)
A Thai father reportedly forced his 12 year old daughter to drink alcohol and watch porn before he raped her. The alleged rapist father was also accused of sexually assaulting his 15 year old daughter.
The victim’s uncle, Noom, took the matter to the social media influencer, Kannatat “Gun” Pongpaiboonwet, and asked him to help process the legal charges against the victim’s father, 40 year old Herm.
Noom explained that his 12 year old niece, Bee, reached out to him on October 28 that she did not want to stay with her father. Bee confessed that her father forced her to drink alcohol and watch porn before raping her on October 27.
Noom revealed that he immediately took Bee to hospital for a medical check-up and the test report showed that she had been sexually assaulted.
Noom said that he attempted to contact Herm and Bee’s mother, 30 year old Noi, but the two disappeared. He tried for over a week to contact Noi hoping she would accompany her daughter to the police station but she refused when he finally made contact.
Noom said he decided to file a complaint at Din Daeng Police Station. While officers were investigating the case, Noi contacted Bee and asked her daughter to drop the case in exchange for ownership of some plots of land in a southern province.
Polygamous relationship
Noom believed that Noi was trying to take her daughter there to live with her not as a family but to indulge in a polygamous relationship.
Noom added that he later learned that Bee’s older sister was also sexually abused, not long before Bee’s case.
Gun accompanied Noom to Din Daeng Police Station yesterday to follow up on the case.
Officers told the pair that they summoned Herm for questioning but he had disappeared. However, he turned himself in to the police today, November 16.
He admitted to raping his daughter but claimed he did not mean to do it. Herm said he was reckless and drunk after drinking alcohol with his daughter. However, Herm insisted that he did not rape his oldest daughter.
The mother, Noi, also went to the police station and took her husband’s side. Noi said she knew about the rape incident. Her daughter revealed that her father had encouraged her to drink alcohol and have sex with him.
Lost control
She asked her husband about it and her husband said that his daughter had kissed him at first so he could not control himself.
She loved her daughter and felt sorry for what had happened but did not know what to do. She did not report the matter to the police because she did not want her husband to be arrested. Her husband was the breadwinner and the family would face financial problems if he was arrested.
According to the police, Herm faces between seven and 20 years in prison, a fine of between 100,000 and 400,000 baht, or both, for raping a minor under the age of 13 who is a descendant.
