Mario Kleff bags top honour at the 2024 International Property Awards Asia Pacific

Architect extraordinaire Mario Kleff has done it again! He’s just been celebrated at the 2024 International Property Awards Asia Pacific, walking away with the prestigious accolade for Best Single Residence Thailand. This nod comes thanks to his stellar work on the Majestic Residence Signature Villa, a true gem in Pattaya’s architectural crown.

Set against the vibrant backdrop of Bangkok on the 30th and 31st of May, 2024, the event was a grand affair, spotlighting the crème de la crème of architectural and property development achievements.

Since 2021, Thaiger has been keeping a keen eye on this remarkable project. It’s no surprise that Kleff’s endeavours have turned heads; the villa has been flagged for its innovative marvels, such as the installation of a record-breaking cellular beam stretching over a staggering 48 metres. Not to mention, it also boasts the largest steel box girder ever seen in residential construction across Thailand. Truly groundbreaking stuff!

When the villa’s doors finally opened in 2023, it was clear to the discerning judges of the International Property Awards that this wasn’t just any run-of-the-mill project. They lauded its exceptional quality, deeming it a prime example of real estate excellence worthy of the esteemed architecture prize for the Asia Pacific region in 2024.
