Bangkok is set to experience a gastronomic transformation as One Bangkok, the city’s fully integrated smart and sustainable district, partners with Japan’s largest department store group, Isetan Mitsukoshi Holdings Co., Ltd. This strategic collaboration aims to redefine Bangkok’s food and grocery shopping experience.

One Bangkok, a joint venture between TCC Assets (Thailand) and Frasers Property Holdings (Thailand) Company Limited, has ambitious plans to shape the future of Bangkok’s retail and office sectors. The partnership centres on two major initiatives: launching Thailand’s first Mitsukoshi supermarket and food hall, and co-investing in One Bangkok Office Tower 4.

The Mitsukoshi supermarket promises a world-class shopping experience, featuring an exclusive Depachika concept food hall. Located on basement level 1 of the Parade, this food haven will span over 4,600 square metres, offering an immersive culinary journey.

Shoppers can look forward to an array of international and local brands, top-quality fresh produce, meat, and fish from exclusive farmer networks, and premium Japanese products. The food hall will also feature a variety of treats and meals from well-known and novel Japanese brands, pastry boutiques, cafes, and restaurants.

Panote Sirivadhanabhakdi, Group Chief Executive Officer of Frasers Property Limited, expressed his excitement about the partnership.

“Forging a strategic alliance with Isetan Mitsukoshi, a globally renowned company with a 350-year legacy, is significant for us. Bringing a distinctive Japanese culinary experience courtesy of Mitsukoshi to One Bangkok will enhance our retail offerings and provide an authentic Japanese tradition to Thai residents and international visitors.

Our joint venture also extends to co-investment in One Bangkok Office Tower 4, marking significant steps towards our vision of creating a new urban core that elevates Bangkok’s business and lifestyle offerings.”
