The surprise began when the daughter asked her mother to help check the lottery ticket for the draw held on Wednesday, October 16. The winning number was 482962. Initially, the daughter told her mother that they had won the two-digit prize, leading her mother to ask jokingly how they would be treating her as she walked into her bedroom.

The daughter then called her mother back to check another ticket and handed her the phone to read the message aloud. The mother read slowly, “Congratulations, you have won the first prize,” and paused in disbelief.
