Thailand’s most ethereal cannabis dispensary, Cloud Nine, has officially opened its doors in Bangkok, right next to Terminal 21 shopping mall in Asoke.

Kitted out with minimalist retro-futurist decor, sheer white drapes, clouds hanging from the ceiling, and luminous lighting with bursts of blue, Cloud Nine certainly lives up to its name. The cannabis connoisseurs here are invited to buy cannabis in heaven.

Customers can find a curated selection of the finest cannabis flowers at the store’s cannabis bar as well as unique paraphernalia and cosmic merchandise.

The Thaiger was honoured to be invited to Cloud Nine’s grand opening on March 1, featuring a funky DJ set, a saxophonist, games, freebies, drinks, and stoner snacks.

Cloud Nine’s angels hosted the party, handing out drinks and snacks to guests and spinning the “SPIN & WIN” wheel sponsored by Slim Jim Rolling Papers.

The angels dished out heaps of prizes like free cannabis, Cloud Nine discount vouchers, Cloud Nine hats and t-shirts, as well as Slim Jim ‘mystery bags’ containing rolling papers and other useful tools.

As well as a great selection of high-quality flowers, Cloud Nine sets itself apart from other dispensaries in the city with its unique customer experience designed to transport you to the clouds.

Cloud Nine catches your eye from afar, luring customers in with its dreamlike decor, comfortable seating, exquisite lighting, projecting mapping and glowing displays showcasing paraphernalia – as well as, of course, aromatic cannabis flowers.

The on-site staff at Cloud Nine Thailand include knowledgeable budtenders and doctors of Traditional Thai Medicine who help cannabis connoisseurs find the perfect option for their preferences. Gummies and CBD oil are also available.

It’s no surprise that OG Canna Company, which has taken Thailand’s cannabis industry by storm, are the pioneer behind Cloud Nine.

Co-founder of OG Canna Company, Ben Baskins, said…

“Cloud Nine is the latest venture, forming part of a well-planned rollout of multiple retail outlets across Thailand, as we look to provide the best high-grade marijuana and Thai traditional medicines to match our customers’ expectations.

“Given that many visitors to Thailand describe the country as ‘heaven on earth’, what better place to learn about Thai Traditional Medicine than Cloud Nine?

At the grand opening, Ben told the Thaiger

“It’s been a labour of love. The Cloud nine concept has been in my mind for 25 years now. Cloud Nine represents the idea of elation, euphoria, and having your head in the clouds.

“We developed the concept for people to feel a sense of serenity while discovering the highest quality Cannabis flower and accessories. I’m so proud of my whole team that helped make this such a successful opening.

At present, strains on offer at Cloud Nine include Banana Glue, Banana Runtz, Blue Dream, Blue Zushi, Blue Tang, Candyland, Chemdawg, Chocolate Skunk, Citrus Rush, Fruitonium, Gary Payton, Girl Scout Cookies, Grandpa Cookies #2, Lemon Chello, Lollipopz, Mac Mintz, Northern Lights, Orange Sherbert, Pink Kush, Platinum Dolato, Super Lemon Haze, Tom Yum Kush, Unicorn Poop, Watermon Zkittles, White Runtz, Slurricane, Sensi Dog, Blue Dream Haze, Blueberry Cookie, CBD Charlotte’s Angel, Cameloti, Strawberry Lemonade, Tropic Ozz and Zkittlez.
