3 new Covid-19 cases in quarantine, all asymptomatic

3 new Covid-19 cases were detected in quarantine, according to the Centre for Covid-19 Situation Administration. All were reported as asymptomatic. The total number of confirmed Covid-19 cases in Thailand is now 3,787 with 3,595 recoveries and 59 deaths. 133 people are currently receiving medical treatment for the coronavirus.

  • A 34 year old Thai woman travelling from Sweden tested positive for Covid-19. She arrived on October 19 and tested positive 11 days later while at a quarantine hotel in Samut Prakan.
  • A 57 year old Thai woman travelling from Qatar tested positive for Covid-19. She arrived on October 24 and tested positive 7 days later while at an alternative state quarantine hotel in Bangkok.
  • A 53 year old Kenyan United Nations officer arrived to Thailand on October 19 and tested positive for Covid-19 11 days later at an alternative state quarantine facility in Bangkok.
