Thai man wanted for rape of stepdaughter in Bangkok
Victim forced to have threesome with biological mother

A debauched Thai man is on the run after raping his stepdaughter and physically assaulting the girl when she refused to engage in a threesome with him and her biological mother.
The 19 year old victim and her mother met social media influencer Guntouch “Gun” Pongpaiboonwet yesterday, May 6, to seek assistance. The woman stated that her daughter had been suffering sexual assaults, physical abuse, and blackmail threats from her husband since the age of 15.
The woman admitted that she had been aware of her daughter’s suffering for over a year but her daughter did not want to take any action against the suspect due to embarrassment and fear of blackmail.
She revealed that the final straw occurred when her husband requested that she allow him to take her daughter as another wife. He also attempted to have sexual intercourse with her daughter in front of her to encourage a threesome.
The daughter refused to her perverted stepfather’s request, leading the man to strangle her until she was almost unconscious. Both mother and daughter fought back before successfully escaping the man’s clutches.

Gun accompanied the two to the Taling Chan Police Station to file a complaint against the suspect. The two gave an interview to the media after the legal proceedings and disclosed the details of the matter to the public.
The woman explained that she married the suspect 20 years ago and they had two children together before their divorce. She then married another man, the father of her daughter, who later passed away.

The woman said she decided to reunite with her first husband and they initially lived separately. She and her daughter resided in the southern province of Nakhon Si Thammarat, while the man was in Bangkok.
The suspect would usually visit her and her daughter in Nakhon Si Thammarat. He would offer 300 to 400 baht to her daughter before leaving. She had believed he loved her daughter like his own child, but this was not the case.

The woman said she became aware of the sexual assault when she and her daughter moved to live with the man in Bangkok.
The man confessed to her but she forgave him and gave him another chance. Unfortunately, he allegedly continued sexually assaulting and raping her daughter.

The woman said she had attempted to report the matter to the police multiple times previously but he threatened to circulate explicit pictures of her daughter online. She had to stop her attempts as her daughter was scared.
This time, however, they escaped from their accommodation and gathered the courage to take legal action against the rapist.

Gun and police officers visited the suspect’s accommodation in the Taling Chan area of Bangkok but he was not there. CCTV footage showed him leaving the premises in his vehicle. All of his belongings had gone.
Officers are pursuing the alleged rapist and plan to charge him under Section 278 of the Criminal Law: sexual assault. The penalty is imprisonment of up to 10 years, a fine of up to 200,000 baht, or both.
